Overview

Join us for an engaging fireside session with Jennifer Moxon MInstD, exploring her move from global executive leadership to a diverse governance career, and how this shift works in practice for directors navigating complex board environments.

Drawing on more than two decades in senior leadership roles, Jennifer will reflect on how board expectations are evolving—particularly around people, culture, technology leadership, and organisational transformation.

Now an experienced director across public and private sectors, Jennifer brings a practical, human lens to governance. Her insights are shaped by real accountability at scale, offering guidance on how directors can add value, stay relevant, and lead with confidence in a fast-changing governance landscape.
