Overview

Start your day with coffee and conversation at this Marlborough quarterly catch‑up for IoD members. In an informal setting, we will unpack the essentials of a publicly listed company’s annual report and discuss what the numbers mean for boards.

Together, we will explore cashflow, key performance measures, and the signals directors should look for when assessing organisational performance and risk. Each session focuses on a different listed company and is led by Nelson Marlborough Branch Committee member Tracy Johnston MInstD.

Participants will receive a copy of the selected company’s annual report in advance, allowing time to prepare and contribute to a practical, governance‑focused discussion.
