Join branch sponsors Duncan Cotterill for this breakfast panel discussion on how recovery frameworks developed post-earthquake might be adapted for the cyclone recovery and beyond.
Duncan Cotterill's Paul Dorrance (Commercial Partner) and Ayleath Foote and Jonathan Forsey (Dispute Resolution Partner and Special Counsel) will share their insights into how the response to the Canterbury and Kaikōura earthquakes is likely to be adapted for the cyclone recovery and beyond. Paul, Ayleath and Jonathan will draw on their experience of the recovery frameworks that were developed post-earthquake and outline how they might be applied to support an effective disaster response post cyclone.
Issues covered will include land retirement, public private partnerships and alliancing arrangements, stakeholder management and compensation regimes.
