Hosted by Nexia New Zealand, explore scenario planning to strengthen oversight, manage risk and build resilience.
Strong governance requires anticipating financial risks before they arise. This session will explore scenario planning as a crucial governance tool for financial decision-making.
Directors will learn how to anticipate potential financial challenges, assess the impact of different strategic options, and make informed decisions under uncertainty. Practical guidance will be provided on identifying early warning signals, risk prioritisation, and embedding scenario planning into board oversight to support organisational resilience and long-term stability.
Directors' Deep Dive events are smaller interactive discussion-style sessions where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives.
