Overview

Join Nexia New Zealand Partner and Director, Jane Jackman CMInstD, as she shares insights from over 25 years in governance, from her early experience with a small local non-profit rest home and hospital, to leading global boards. Jane will explore the Chair/CEO dynamic, and the tough decisions required to drive growth, including knowing when to challenge the CEO, putting the right board in place, and making tough calls to enable transformation.

This Directors’ Deep Dive will help directors make informed decisions, strengthen their board impact, navigate complex leadership dynamics with confidence and ultimately, support long-term organisational growth.

Directors' Deep Dive events are smaller interactive discussion-style sessions where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives.
