Join us for this Directors’ Deep Dive hosted by branch sponsor University of Canterbury Business School
AI is quickly becoming the next horizon of differentiation for organisations, 86% of business leaders think that AI is a future strategic imperative; 67% expect to invest more in AI in the future (PwC, 2021). The academic literature is full of successful cases of AI implementation, however, not all instances of AI implementations are successful in practice, especially due to stakeholder resistance to AI implementations.
In this presentation, Professor Kirk Plangger will discuss how digital technologies mediate and change consumer behaviour and how organisations should address these technologies.
Directors' Deep Dive events are smaller interactive discussion-style sessions where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives.
