Take the opportunity to connect with locally based participants who have recently completed the Company Directors’ Course.
As a previous Company Directors’ Course attendee, we are delighted to invite you to an alumni event being held in Christchurch. Join us for refreshments and networking with fellow CDC alumni.
We are pleased to have professional director and chair Abby Foote joining us to discuss sustainability and the changing social environment. Representatives from the IoD Canterbury Branch committee will also be attending.
This is a complimentary, by invitation only event.
Abby is a professional director with over 12 years’ governance experience, including publicly listed and Crown companies. With qualifications in both law and accounting, Abby's executive career has covered both disciplines, focusing on corporate finance, treasury and commercial transactions. Abby is currently chair of Z Energy and serves on the boards of Sanford Limited and Freightways Limited.
Abby’s previous governance roles include TVNZ, Transpower New Zealand, Livestock Improvement Corporation (LIC), the New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA) and Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.
Abby is a Chartered Fellow of the IoD.
