As the Head of Audit, Financial Reporting and Climate Related Disclosures, Jacco is responsible for overseeing the oversight of auditors and audit firms, Climate Related Disclosures, and financial reporting matters at the FMA. Jacco is responsible for setting up the Audit Oversight and Climate Related Disclosure function at the FMA.
In his day to day work he is overseeing the quality reviews of registered audit firms, the licensing of overseas auditors, the review of financial statements of our public interest entities and the monitoring of climate statements.
Jacco is the also the Chair of the Emerging Regulators Group at International Federation of Independent Audit Regulators (IFIAR).
Darby Healey is a seasoned professional with a distinguished career at KPMG. Having joined the firm in 1997, Darby has amassed extensive experience and expertise working within both New Zealand and the United States.
Throughout the years, she has held several key leadership positions, including serving as an Audit Partner, Head of Audit Quality, Audit Risk Partner, and Ethics and Independence Partner. She is currently a member of the KPMG NZ Board.
Darby has played a pivotal role in driving and maintaining high standards of audit quality within KPMG. Her strategic oversight and dedication to upholding professional ethics and independence have contributed to the firm's reputation for delivering exceptional service to clients.
MInstD
Tracey is an accomplished independent non-executive director and family office advisor, with extensive governance experience spanning the financial services, technology, investment, property, and consumer sectors. Prior to transitioning into governance, she held senior executive roles within one of New Zealand’s largest private family offices.
Currently, Tracey serves as Chair of Nikko Asset Management NZ Ltd and Welcome Ltd, and holds directorships at Stride Property Group (SPG.NZ), Partners Life Ltd, Lamcam Ltd, and is a Trustee of several high-net-worth family trusts. Her previous board appointments include Harmoney Corp Ltd (HMY.ASX), Punakaiki Fund, and New Plymouth PIF Guardians Ltd.
A graduate of the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce, Tracey began her career at Coopers & Lybrand. She is a Chartered Accountant, a member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and an IoD member.
