Jill Steffert

Jill is our General Manager - Members, responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the IoD’s branch network, membership services, mentoring, and diversity initiatives. Her work supports a strong, connected, and inclusive governance community.

Jill has a personal interest in governance and is committed to supporting directors at every stage of their governance journey. As a member of the Institute of Directors, she is motivated by the positive impact that effective governance can have on organisations, communities, and society as a whole.
