If approached about a board opportunity, always verify the recruiter and the legitimacy of the role before sharing personal information. Our history

The IoD in New Zealand was established over 40 years ago as a division of the Institute of Directors in the UK. In 1989, the Institute of Directors in New Zealand (Inc) adopted its own constitution and became a separate legal entity.
