With close to 13years at Isaac Construction in Canterbury, Kim has been a key figure in its leadership, currently serving as the Business Development & Sponsorship Manager. Previously, he held other roles such as the Paving Manager and then the Surfacing Manager- contributing to the Isaac Groups success.
Beyond his corporate role, Kim is deeply involved in governance, advocating for best practices in the construction, sporting and education sectors. As Vice Chair of the CCNZ Canterbury/Westland Branch, he champions workforce development. A member of the Waihanga Ara Rau Workforce Development Council SRG, he helps shape New Zealand’s infrastructure workforce.
He currently sits on the Primary Sports Canterbury board proudly engaged in shaping the Tamariki within its 250 Kura membership through participation in meaningful physical activity opportunities to Inspire, Grow & Connect through Physical Activity. His commitment extends to education governance, serving on the Board at Clearview School and St Thomas of Canterbury College after previously holding a position at Rolleston School as well.
Passionate about Pasifika representation in leadership, he actively fosters inclusive governance, advocating for policies that empower communities and strengthen leadership pathways- so whether it’s roads or careers, Kim’s in the business of building better pathways.”
