The IoD is committed to ensuring a strong pool of director talent in New Zealand and best practice indicates that remuneration levels need to be set at a level that acknowledges the responsibilities and risks that directors bear and motivates them to continue in their role as director.
The 2017 Directors's Fees survey is now open and we welcome your participation. It is only with the continuous ongoing participation of our members each year that we will be able to provide robust, timely data commentary and analysis.
Survey invitations were sent on the 19 and 20th April. If you would like to participate but did not receive an email with the survey link, please contact us so that we can set up a survey login for you.

Please use your surname and your IoD member number to log on.
If you participated in 2016, your 2017 survey will have been pre-populated with last year’s answers. Just update any details that have changed this year. If nothing has changed, you can click the ‘nothing has changed’ button.
If you would prefer to complete a hard copy of the survey, let us know and we will send one out to you.
Please be assured that your confidentiality will be maintained and no single individual will be identifiable in the published results.
The closing date for submission is Friday 19 May 2017.
