What it means, why it matters and how you can measure it.
As environment, social and governance (ESG) issues grow in social consciousness, board oversight of ESG also grows more crucial. But many boards are facing unchartered territory when trying to measure and monitor these principles, and identifying best practice can be a challenge.
Our panellists, Kirsten Lapham, ESG lawyer at KPMG, and Ben Gleisner, CEO Cogo, are leading change-makers in their fields when it comes to governance and climate related disclosure and join us to share their experience and insights.
Moderated by Suse Reynolds MInstD.
