Overview

Organisations that excel in leveraging technology and data outperform their competitors, similar to the pioneering organisations that embraced new technology during the industrial revolution.

Whether this is for superior customer service, efficiency, risk mitigation or better decision-making, the good use of technology and data can drive business growth and success.

Yet, managing technology investments are a challenge at board level. With the technological advancement comes the common risks associated with large digital transformational investments, including the rate of change and the protection of data.

This session will cover insights from our panel about technology governance. Our panel will discuss how to enable it, what values should be ingrained and how best to build talent in the sector.

Moderated by Jackie Lloyd CFInstD.

Thank you to our event host Dentons.
