Hamish is an experienced independent director and chair with executive and governance experience across a wide range of industries over almost four decades. He has worked in New Zealand and Asia in banking, corporate finance, private equity, investor relations, public relations and stockbroking.
Hamish currently serves on the boards of Ahuriri Investment Management (Chair), Eastland Port, Gisborne Airport, New Zealand Opera, Selwyn Village, The Selwyn Foundation, Concretec NZ, and is a member of the Marsh NZ Advisory Board.

Kirsty is a professional director and commercial adviser who has held a range of roles in corporate finance, banking, law and regulation.
She is chair of Toitū Envirocare and an independent director of Mercer NZ and NZHL. She is also a member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal and several advisory boards. Her previous governance roles include Salt Funds, Public Trust, Ando Insurance, Montana Catering Group, New Plymouth PIF Guardians and Simplicity NZ. She was also Head of Supervision at the Financial Markets Authority.
Kirsty is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Directors, a certified member of INFINZ and a member of Global Women.
A proud Scotswoman, she has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) and a post-graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, from the University of Edinburgh.

Toni Ferrier is the CEO of Marsh McLennan NZ, and President of Marsh NZ. Toni oversees strategy, operations and teams across Marsh McLennan’s 11 locations in New Zealand, delivering innovative solutions to organisations across the country.
Toni is a qualified lawyer who brings almost 30-years' experience in insurance, financial services and corporate governance to Marsh McLennan, with a strong track record of delivering sustainable profitable growth and transforming the customer experience. She has held a variety of board directorships and is a board member of Fergus Trade Software Limited.
Before joining Marsh McLennan, Toni was CEO of AIG New Zealand Limited for four years, and previously held senior leadership roles at Vero, Lumley/Wesfarmers and Crombie Lockwood. She was a Commissioner of the New Zealand Earthquake Commission for almost two years and a Director on the Board of AIG Australia Limited. Toni is experienced in working with complex stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to deliver the best for our clients in Aotearoa. Her leadership empowers high-performing teams and collaboration between colleagues and clients to build long term success and resilience.
Toni has an LLB (Hons) from the University of Waikato and is a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors. Toni lives and works in Auckland/Tāmaki Makaurau.

Colin is the founder and CEO of Catalist and has over 20 years’ experience in financial services. Prior to founding Catalist he worked as Head of Conduct at the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) and led the teams responsible for regulating stock markets, primary and secondary market conduct, equity crowdfunding, peer-to-peer lending, licensed auditors and registered audit firms.
He has a law degree from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Finance and Law from the University of London. Outside of work, Colin enjoys swimming and feeding apples to his wife’s two horses.
Nicky is the FinPro Corporate Team Leader focused on strategy development, advising & placement of all financial and liability classes of insurance.
Nicky’s career in Financial Lines insurance has spanned over 25 years. Nicky has vast experience in both broking and underwriting roles at various multinational corporates in South Africa, Dubai and London, with her most recent move to Auckland, New Zealand. Nicky brings a wealth of knowledge in PI & D&O and all other liability and financial lines.

Judene is a Senior Governance Advisor with the Institute of Directors’ Governance Leadership Centre providing best practice advice, guidance and advocacy for directors. She is also a trustee of the Rātā Foundation and Network Tasman Trust, and Chair of the Nelson Historic Theatre Trust.
Prior to joining the IoD Judene ran her own consultancy for over 20 years specialising in governance, policy, strategy and communications working across a wide range of sectors, including housing, health, sport, not-for-profit and infrastructure.
She was a local government elected member for 12 years and a director on a range of public entity boards. She has a background in behavioural science and communications and is a Chartered Member of the IoD.
