IoD’s mission and commitment to members is to keep them critically and purposefully informed on governance thinking, relevant both today and tomorrow. The Governance Leadership Centre (GLC) provides a thought leadership hub. It leverages the knowledge and influence of our membership and others involved in governance thinking, as a co-ordinator and conduit of the views of the director profession in New Zealand.
The GLC aims to extend the IoD’s voice and influence in matters of policy and professional relevance. By connecting the IoD and our members with high quality, current best practice information, we aim to consistently raise the bar in our product and service delivery, improve the IoD approach to policy and advocacy and in turn, improve the overall member experience.
Governance Update is part of the IoD’s commitment to providing high quality information for members through the Governance Leadership Centre.
Traversing the regulatory and cultural terrain as an international director is anything but straightforward.
The IoD and Chapman Tripp have developed a call to action paper highlighting the opportunities and challenges artificial intelligence (AI) presents.
