As a professional coach to directors and guiding boards and committee groups, Giselle believes for the world to have a future, people to lead happy, healthy, lives and businesses to thrive, we must embed sustainability and resilience in everything we do. Governance brings long term, strategic thinking, and new ways of doing things - great governance is the enabler that will lead to a stronger New Zealand.

Living on a 10-acre organically grown home base in Tarras, Central Otago, Giselle has recently completed a Cambridge University Sustainable Business Management course which strengthened her desire to help businesses towards a more purposeful, sustainable and resilient future.  She is passionate about growing healthy food and healthy businesses too.
