Cameron Taylor

OLY, MInstD, M.B.A. (Lond.), LL.B (Hons)

Cameron is a partner with EY Law based in Auckland and has extensive experience advising directors on corporate governance matters and assisting entities with strategic transactions, including M&A, joint ventures and capital raising transactions.  He is admitted to the bar in New Zealand and New York.

Cameron spent eight years as a U.S. qualified attorney with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York and London and holds degrees in finance and economics (M.B.A. from London Business School) and law (LL.B. (Hons) from University of Auckland).

Cameron is currently the chair of Athletics New Zealand and has served as a board member / trustee of commercial and not-for-profit organisations.

A former track & field athlete, Cameron represented New Zealand at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona in the 200 metres.
