In this two-day course you will explore governance best practice, robust policy and board structures, and board performance, composition, balance, and culture.
Group discussions place you in realistic scenarios. You will hear of others experiences and examine the common and complex issues that a board chair can face.
At the end of the course you will have the knowledge to succeed as chair.
Accommodation is not included in the course. Dinner and drinks are provided after the first day.
Day one

Day two
8.30am – 5.00pm
Directors with at least five years’ experience, who are new to the chair role or thinking about serving as chair.
