Overview

Join us for an engaging Deep Dive session focused on how boards can effectively navigate the journey from opportunity to outcome through mergers and acquisitions. Philip and Craig will unpack best practices, how to identify growth opportunities, and highlight key pitfalls to avoid.

Mergers and acquisitions can be powerful tools for growth and transformation. However, they also come with significant challenges and risks. This session will help equip directors with the knowledge necessary to fulfil their governance responsibilities, oversee due diligence, and make informed decisions that align with their organisation’s strategic goals.

Philip and Craig bring extensive experience advising organisations through complex transactions, making this session essential for directors aiming to maximise value and minimise risk.

Key topics include:

  • Defining the board’s responsibilities in mergers and acquisitions
  • Spotting opportunities and managing risks early
  • Practical advice to avoid common traps
