Our apologies, this event has been postponed due to illness and will be rescheduled early next year.
This topic and reform will have an impact on all organisations and people at some stage. The RMA addresses the use to which land can be put and how people go about obtaining consent.
The Government has launched its legislative reform to repeal the RMA and replace it with the Natural and Built Environment Act and Spatial Planning Act.
This seminar will give directors an overview about the direction of travel of the legislation and highlight key parts of the Bills that you need to be aware of.
