Overview

What does it take to be an ethical leader? How are your values and principles reflected in your behaviour on your board and in guiding management and the decisions they make for the organisation?

Join us for an informal lunch event with IoD CE Kirsten Patterson (KP). KP will provide an overview of ethics, whistleblowing, and ‘speak-up culture’ in organisations. The session will also involve a series of moral dilemmas for boards and you’ll have an opportunity to work together to determine the right ethical outcomes for the organisation. You’ll come away from the session with a better understanding of your own ethical motivations and how these can be applied to leadership in the boardroom and to your organisations.

A working lunch will be served.

Numbers are strictly limited.
