Our panel of local SME directors will discuss developing and extracting the value of governance in an SME environment
This is the last event in a series of three events in partnership with the Wānaka Business Chamber looking at governance in SME and start-up businesses.
Following on from our first two SME events, our third and final panel session will cover the basics of the IoD Four Pillars structure and the value it provides, plus how to look to leverage governance for the benefit of your business and understand how this has been practically done in a local organisation.
After the panel discussion, there will be the opportunity to network over light refreshments.
