Panel Discussion

Our panel of local SME directors will discuss developing and extracting value from governance in an SME environment
This is the last event in a series of three events in partnership with Business South looking at governance in SME and start-up businesses.
Following on from our first two SME events, our third and final panel session will cover the basics of the IoD's Four Pillars of Governance Best Practice structure and the value it provides, plus how to leverage governance for the benefit of your business and understand how this has been practically done in a local organisation.
After the panel discussion, there will be the opportunity to network over light refreshments.
