The role of governance in developing a sustainable growth strategy during uncertain times.
Most organisations struggle to find a sustainable strategic path that can strike a balance between building resilience and building better, more prosperous enterprise.
Short-term survival instincts and knee jerk reactions to shocks or external pressures to perform can divert the organisation into downwardly spiralling situations that may be unrecoverable. A steady hand at the helm and clarity of the long-term objectives is required to steer through troubled waters.
Brett Hewett will share a few tips and tricks on how boards can play a role in helping the organisation both survive and strive.
