The Institute of Directors maintains strong international networks. We are a founding member of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI) and affiliated with the International Corporate Governance Network.
Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI)
The Global Network of Director Institutes is an association of national director organisations recognised for their pre-eminence in governance development globally. Members share expertise in corporate governance research, education, dialogue and advocacy.
GNDI aims to be the global voice for directors.
GNDI global passport
The GNDI global passport gives directors access to the benefits of GNDI member institutes.
Who is eligible?
The program is available for members from participating organisations in the GNDI network. To qualify, you must be a member in good standing in your director institute.
What are the benefits?
Benefits include discounted membership, subscriptions to publications, governance resources and special prices for events. Contact the director institute directly if you wish to access a benefit.

The Institute of Directors in NZ offer GNDI network members IoD member pricing on our courses and branch events.
GNDI network members can join the IoD in NZ as an overseas member. We waive the standard join fee. As an overseas member you can access our full range of member benefits.
