How it works
An IoD governance professional will work with you to select and tailor an appropriate question set for your board, or guide you to customise your own. The questions will then be sent to board members through an anonymous online survey.
The Elevate evaluation includes between 50-100 questions covering all areas of best practice governance, plus any specific areas required by the board.
Once all participants complete the survey, a final report will be tailored by an IoD governance professional. This will include comprehensive recommendations based on analysis of the evaluation results and in discussion with your chair – providing your board with a tailored, actionable plan to lift board capability.
