In this Directors' Deep Dive, Pivot & Pace partner and strategic advisor Kendall Langston CMInstD will share his insights on how as directors we can not only enable a company strategy to be implemented, but can also recognise and unblock some of the often unseen/unknown barriers to execution.

This interactive discussion, facilitated by Kendall, will focus on the following key areas:

Why is a strategy implementation plan needed to bring a strategy to life
Before creating a strategy, what might be some of the barriers to it being implemented
Why people and people leadership is at the core of implementation
How can a board create implementation momentum and transparency whilst being supportive and future focussed

Kendall Langston is Managing Partner at Pivot & Pace, and is an experienced board chair and director having held appointments on boards such as Angus NZ, Oderings, Link Engine Management, and the Connect Group. As both a director and strategic advisor, Kendall has helped many businesses go through leadership transitions, and effectively managing succession on boards.
