Overview

In this Directors' Deep Dive, Pivot & Pace partner and strategic advisor Kendall Langston CMInstD will share his insights on how as directors we can not only enable a company strategy to be implemented, but can also recognise and unblock some of the often unseen/unknown barriers to execution.

This interactive discussion, facilitated by Kendall, will focus on the following key areas:

  • Why is a strategy implementation plan needed to bring a strategy to life
  • Before creating a strategy, what might be some of the barriers to it being implemented
  • Why people and people leadership is at the core of implementation
  • How can a board create implementation momentum and transparency whilst being supportive and future focussed

Our Directors’ Deep Dive events are smaller interactive sessions where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspectives. Spaces are limited.

Please note this is a repeat of our 15 February session.
