Continuing professional development

IoD members are committed to lifelong learning and professional standards.

Members, Chartered Members, and Chartered Fellows have to participate in continuing professional development. Associates do not have a CPD requirement.

When you are an established professional director, your participation in CPD can include giving back to the profession. You can do this by mentoring other directors, publishing articles, and delivering presentations.
