How it works
An experienced governance professional will work with you to select and tailor an appropriate question set for your board, or guide you to customise your own. The questions will then be sent to board members through an anonymous online survey.
The Transform evaluation includes between 50-100 questions covering all areas of best practice governance, plus any specific areas required by the board.
Once all participants complete the survey, a final report will be tailored by an experienced governance professional. This will include comprehensive recommendations based on analysis of the evaluation results followed by a session with your board facilitated by an experienced governance professional. Your board will receive clear recommendations on areas for improvement, and the tools to implement deep insights to optimise board performance.
