A complaint may be made by any person regarding the conduct of an IoD member. If you are unsure whether the person involved is a member, please contact the membership team.

* The complaint must be in relation to a named individual. The IoD cannot investigate the conduct of a board or group of individuals.
*Information must be factual, relate to the IoD Code of Practice and/or the member’s obligations under the IoD Constitution, and provide sufficient information to enable the IoD to determine there is a case. For more guidance: www.iod.org.nz/complaints

*The IoD’s complaints process requires the IoD (through the Chief Executive) to become the complainant when a complaint against a member is made by a non-member.
