Spotlight is an evaluation for boards of any size or level of experience looking to improve in a particular focus area.  Spotlight can be a stand-alone evaluation or complement any of our other full evaluations services.

What’s included?

How it works

Spotlight evaluations include approximately 30 questions covering different areas relevant to your chosen Spotlight topic.

Your board will be given access to our survey platform where they can complete the anonymous online survey.

 An automated email reminder will be sent four days before the selected close date to those who have not submitted their survey responses.

Within 1-hour of all participants completing the survey, you will receive a report collating the findings of the evaluation. For each section, you will receive one recommendation based on the results from your survey, including anonymous unedited comments provided by the participants.
