Phillip Meyer

Phillip is a professional director with expertise in financial and corporate governance.  His extensive experience as an international investment banker and as a senior financial professional brings specific expertise on financial sustainability and complements an ESG focus. This includes: environmental, social and climate governance. His governance experience includes sectors in healthcare, energy, telecommunications, conservation, professional services, technology and software development, charities and regulation in New Zealand and overseas markets.

He is a Chartered Fellow of the IoD, a Senior Fellow and Deputy Chair of the NZ Regional Council of FINSIA and a Life Fellow of NZIM. 

His philosophy for governance is one of adding value through ethical innovation and financial sustainability with care for the environment through efficient, accurate carbon and ESG accounting.

He has a particular focus on risk management, which is reflected in his experience as a competitive aerobatic pilot with an advanced, low level flying rating.
