Zoe Attwood

Zoe is a Professional Director who has been working in governance since 2000, successfully serving on the Boards and subcommittees of private and listed companies, government entities, research institutes and not-for-profit organisations in both New Zealand and Australia. She also facilitates and writes governance training for both the Institute of Directors (IoD) NZ and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). She has had an international senior executive career in science and innovation, including over 35 years in primary industries, food and beverages, and biotechnology.

Zoe is currently a Director of New Zealand Dairy Goats Ltd, SealStone NZ Ltd, a member of the Investment Advisory Panel for the Ministry of Primary Industries Sustainable Food and Fibre Futures Investment Program (previously PGP), and President of the Carterton Scottish Country Dancing Club. 

She is passionate about supporting and leading effective governance to increase the likelihood of success and sustainability of an organisation, create employment and wealth, and improve the quality of life for its stakeholders and the wider environment.

In her down time Zoe likes to spend time on her mission of lifelong learning, reading, history, gardening and dancing.
