Learn how to understand the financial information presented to your board in order to perform your duties a director.
This series of five interactive online learning modules provide you with an introduction to analysing and interpreting financial statements with a governance lens.
At the end of the course you will have the confidence to ask the right questions to management on their financial reporting to the board.
Five to seven hours or approximately one hour per module.
The course is available for six months after purchase.
Accounting fundamentals, external financial reporting obligations, solvency requirements, financial analysis and how to build business value.
