IZZY FENWICK

Driven by a commitment to continue the legacy of her late father, Sir Rob Fenwick (one of New Zealand’s leading environmentalists) Izzy has dedicated her career to mainstreaming corporate responsibility for people and the planet. 

A sought-after speaker, strategist, and sustainability champion, she brings expertise in human behaviour, sustainable business development, and systemic change. With a background in psychology and business communications, Izzy applies a human-centred approach to leadership, culture, and long-term decision-making. 

Izzy sits on the board of The Aotearoa Circle, a public–private partnership working to restore New Zealand’s natural capital and build a resilient, regenerative economy for future generations. She is also a Fellow of both The NEXT Foundation and India’s Observer Research Foundation (ORF). She is also the co-founder of Futureful, a tech-based company helping organisations consider their ESG targets and showcase their employer brand.
