Overview

After two years of online board meetings, we welcome you to this opportunity to refresh your governance approach in a fun and interactive workshop setting.

You may have joined the recent IoD conference and heard about the importance of innovation and adaptability in future-proofing your board. You may be curious to learn about how to apply this type of thinking in your governance roles.

This Design Thinking Governance session will introduce key concepts about human-centred mindsets and behaviours, and how they can be applied in the boardroom.

The workshop will give you an opportunity to work in small groups, trying out new tools and techniques, so you are better prepared for innovative board decision-making.

You will leave with specific sentence-starters, co-creative approaches, and the experience of using them in your future board meetings.
