Laurie started in banking 42 years ago and has spent almost 28 of these with ASB. His current role is Head of Coaching and Development.
His prime focus is on people development, leadership and professional (emotional/soft) skills. These range but are not limited to coaching and leadership, presentation and communication, negotiating, networking, changing business trends and business development.
He conducts seminars and workshops for both external clients and as part of ASB’s staff development programme.
Laurie works with a wide variety of clients including as The New Zealand Law Society, BDO, Deloitte, KPMG, Coca Cola, Chambers of Commerce, Institute of Directors, Xero and many others.
