Overview

Mark Bowen, Consultancy Manager at ASB Bank, and Sam Osborne, CEO of Q4 Associates, will share their insights and thoughts on how New Zealand businesses are placed in terms of adoption of Smart Automation.

This session will cover a range of topics and thought-provoking discussions on what the automation landscape looks like overall, adoption examples of automation both nationally and globally, provide tips and tricks on how to implement and discuss successes and risks of adopting Smart Automation for your business.

Mark has 25 years of banking and corporate treasury experience both here in New Zealand and in London at organisations such as ASB, ANZ, Citi, Barclays Capital, Bear Stearns and ETOS. Recently Mark has had a strong focus on technology that delivers greater operational efficiency and improved customer experience through smart automation.

Sam Osborne
