How directors can ensure robust and defensible executive pay practices within their organisations.
Ten years ago, 61% of organisations reported having a Remuneration Committee. Today it is 92%. Boards increasingly understand the importance of having a structure and policy around good remuneration governance practices. The attraction and retention of executive talent is critical for business success, as is the total reward offering.
Michelle Read is the Southern Consulting Manager for Strategic Pay which provides innovative solutions to organisations for their strategic remuneration, performance development and performance improvement needs.
She has extensive experience working across a range of industries and organisations in the public, private and not for profit sectors.
Michelle works with Boards on remuneration governance and is a Director at Cargill Enterprises.
