Overview

We are delighted to welcome Bindi to speak at our special Emerging Director Award presentation event.  Bindi has been a future director on The Warehouse board, a mentee on the IoD Mentoring for Diversity programme and is on the IoD Auckland branch committee as well as having a busy career as the CEO of Pro Care. 

Bindi will share some insights into managing the juggle between her governance and executive roles and how she has been able to maximise the opportunities which have arisen.

Bindi Norwell

Bindi is a visionary leader and has worked across a range of sectors including health, property and telecommunications in New Zealand and internationally. 

She is currently the Group CEO of ProCare, New Zealand’s largest primary healthcare organisation, and has extensive commercial and leadership experience. Previously she was CEO of REINZ. Bindi is highly strategic and has a natural aptitude towards effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement, digital innovation, and business transformation. 

Bindi also has a passion for governance and is currently a board member of Whakarongorau Aotearoa, New Zealand’s national telehealth service, and is Deputy Chair of the Auckland branch of the Institute of Directors.  She was a Future Director with the Warehouse Group and has held governance roles in a range of organisations.
