Overview

The market is always changing and shifting and your strategy should iterate and evolve as a result. This is more of a priority now as organisations are seeing a VUCA environment and adjusting to the disruption of Covid and supply chains, and the resulting talent wars, housing cycles and economic pressure.

This deep dive, presented by Pivot & Pace partner Greg Allnutt, will outline some of the pitfalls of mediocre strategy and how they occur, and define what high performance could look like and the board/management team processes that drive this. A 25 minute presentation will be followed by a peer discussion where the following will be covered;

  • What to avoid and why
  • How to develop a vision for the organisation
  • Navigating complexity and strategies for a market shifts
  • Creating a living and annually reviewable strategic plan
  • The tools, techniques and disciplines that must be enabled at the board level to ensure the strategic plan is constantly top of mind and is tracked, executed and is regularly updated.

This is an interactive discussion-style session where you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspective.
