Jane Jackman is a Partner at Nexia New Zealand who specialises in audit and assurance, business advisory, due diligence, taxation, governance and human resources. Jane’s 30 years’ as a Chartered Accountant has taught her the importance of providing clients with easily understood information to translate complex situations. Jane is a Director and Chair of a specialised rest home and hospital for Veterans, Director of a health-related board in Canterbury and a Co-opted Advisor to a large family company and trust.
Philip Goodman is an Associate at Nexia New Zealand who specialises in business advisory. Philips focus is to understand an entities performance and then help them to develop a plan using financial and non-financial metrics to achieve desired goals. Measuring success is different for everyone, so Philip enjoys getting to know a business, its environment, and finding pragmatic solutions to achieve the businesses goals.
This directors’ deep dive discussion-style event will be capped at 15 attendees and is designed for directors of financial and non-financial backgrounds. Whether you are completely new to the topic or have years of relevant experience, you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspective.
