Directors Deep Dive with Duncan Cotterill
The school environment presents a range of employment and health and safety risks for school trustees to manage. When things go wrong, it can have a significant impact on a school’s reputation. Therefore, it is important to have the knowledge and risk management procedures in place to act quickly when issues arise.
Duncan Cotterill partner Sarah Townsend and senior associate Julia Hurren are specialist employment and health and safety lawyers with first hand legal and governance experience in the education sector. Sarah and Julia will cover the key issues school trustees need to consider in an ever-changing environment.
This interactive discussion-style event will be capped at 15 attendees. Whether you are completely new to the topic or have years of relevant experience, you will be encouraged to ask questions and actively contribute your perspective.
