Overview

An effective advisory board may be key to your organisation’s success in today’s competitive and challenging business environment. Support and guidance from an advisory board can accelerate growth, improve financial performance, manage risk or enhance operational performance.

Kendall Langston, partner and strategic advisor at Pivot & Pace joins us to outline what an advisory board is and how it could help your business. Company founder Steve Abley will share his own experience in his changing role as the founder of an SME, working for himself as well as his advisors and governing board.

Gavin Briggs and Lucas Cawte, founder and CEO of Rainer Irrigation in Ashburton, will also join our panel discussion to share their experiences in putting an advisory board in place.

This event is especially relevant for those involved with SMEs (advisors, accountants, bank managers etc) and owners/CEOs who are currently considering governance options.
