A conversation on insolvency in light of COVID-19.

Join this live conversation with experts from KPMG and Sharp Tudhope who will discuss considerations for directors’ during this time of uncertainty.
We are delighted to have Leon Bowker, KPMG Director and Richard Hoare, Sharp Tudhope partner joining us as the speakers, to lead this conversation.
Richard will speak on the directors’ duties, the implications of COVID-19 on directors and an overview of the changes to the insolvency regime. Leon will discuss options for boards facing solvency issues and how to mitigate their risk.
Richard is a partner at Sharp Tudhope, providing clients with expert advice in commercial law, restructuring, insolvency and M & A law. He is a member of RITANZ (Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association of New Zealand) and has recently be named as one of NZ Lawyer Magazine’s Rising Stars for 2020.
