Aimed primarily at emerging directors, this event will offer guidance on structuring your governance CV and how to get your value proposition across.

We will look at CV content and what is and isn’t relevant along with how you can maximise opportunities through the Institute of Directors Board Appointment services.

Our event facilitator will share tips on how to make your governance CV stand out, provide examples of good governance CVs and help you understand the short-list process. 

Catering is not provided at our brown bag lunch sessions.  Please feel free to bring your own lunch with you.

Kelly McGregor

Kelly McGregor manages the IoD’s suite of board appointment services which includes our DirectorSearch and DirectorVacancies offerings as well as additional recruitment support. Kelly regularly participates on interview panels for client board appointments, providing independence and guidance throughout the selection process.

Kelly has worked at the Institute of Directors for over nine years and is an IoD member. Her governance knowledge and recruitment expertise combined with a background in executive recruitment, has enabled her to assist clients through the end to end appointment process.
