Sarah-Jane Weir LLB, CFInstD is a Chartered Fellow of the IoD, chair of the Nelson-Marlborough Branch committee, a representative on the National Council, and a member of the Standards committee. She is the independent chair of Nelson Bays Primary Health Organisation, a director of the Nelson Regional Development Agency, a trustee of the Cawthron Trust and Care Foundation, and a member of the Financial Advisors Disciplinary Committee and the Copyright Tribunal. Sarah-Jane holds a Masters of Intellectual Property Law degree.
