Karen Price

Karen is a Chartered Fellow of the IoD, an experienced director, chair and environmental lawyer. She has established several organisations, including her own boutique law firm, ChanceryGreen. Karen’s governance roles have focussed in the SME sector, often in chair roles. Karen brings strong leadership, legal, commercial and risk management expertise as well as adult education and business transformation experience.
Karen is Auckland based and has been a member of the IoD since 2001. She was a Mentee during the first intake of the Mentoring for Diversity programme in 2012 and has ongoing involvement through her attendance at branch events and her regular facilitation of the Governance CV workshops.
