Brett Herkt is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader. He helped transform Maxnet from an unsustainable ISP into a highly successful $14M managed ICT services business, successfully exiting the business in 2010.

Brett began his career as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young with various stints in management consultancy, audit and taxation. His ten years of experience at Ernst Young and varied financial disciplines proved an extremely useful foundation for management, leadership and entrepreneurship where he founded his first SaaS company ‘Leaderkit’, and then BoardPro in 2015.
